My skin has become far less reactive the last few years due to some changes I’ve made to my skincare routine and my diet. Taking vitamins and minerals to supplement my diet where I’ve been deficient has helped lower inflammation and hormonal response noticeably. For a long time now, I’ve been seeking more holistic treatments rather than just treating symptoms or damage control. When my skin is reacting, it’s symptomatic of imbalance in my health. This video highlights the 5 supplements I believe have helped not just my physical well-being but have had a big impact on the inflammation in my skin. I will also explain why I avoid popular supplements like Evening Primrose Oil. Again, we are all built differently and this is what has helped me. All these supplements were recommended to me by a Dr. I suggest you get the approval of a medical professional before taking any supplement. Enjoy, my skinthusiast family!
Oh and I do take these vitamins daily but at different times as some require an empty stomach while others are better taken with food.

Hi @gothamista , what do you think about wellwoman max?
Her skin looks so healthy and vibrant !
Hey.. i just wanted to ask that i hv been taking B Complex for about a week and i saw another video about it , There are many comments on it that B vitamins can cause really bad acne although I didn’t notice anything on my face other than the old acne..So i wanted to ask is that true? Should i stop taking it?Please let me know
What about vitamin c and e 😕
Are you Korean? Because you have such American accent!
Hey Gothamista, are you taking these supplements daily?
Very nice
I have alot of ache and black spots in my face, chest and back but am going to the pharmacy to buy zinc tomorrow 😩😩😩😩
Hi Renee.. if would be great if you could share your latest supplements intake for 2020.. cheers! 🥰
Also-you asked what we are taking. For me-vitamin A is a massive player (esp cause I eat plant-based and most retinol sources are animal products). Additionally, and this is something I am inconsistent with because of high cost in my country is supplementing a couple grams of B5 specifically alongside a B complex. It really helps!
You are gorgeous!
Thank you for sharing this. Are you still taking all of these and are they still working to keep your skin clear? Also, when your doctor recommended them to you what was that process like? Did you do blood screenings?
Thank you for spreading this knowledge, currently suffering from mild acne. Would you be able to tell me when and how its best to take each supplement – would be most grateful. x
Is it necessary to take all these supplements all together? Please clear my doubts
Does Solaray 30 mg Zinc work for Acne ? I know it already contains zinc monomethionine with vitamin B6. If someone has already taken this specific brand, please reply.
Thanks.

Hello…. can one be able to get pregnant after taking the pills?
My doctor just told me that vitamin d3 deficiencies are common in people who wear sunscreen everyday. It’s blocks the the vitamin d from getting into your sun. I stopped wearing it and wear linen long sleeves and a hat and my levels were back up on a few weeks!

I am trying the mens version of the probiogen probiotic, thank you for giving the explanation of the "look-fors" and how even though there is a lower count of bacteria, the survival rate is much higher. I actually understand!
