So if this is not a pre workout, then when am I supposed to take this? I take pre-kaged and that has 300g of caffeine. If I take that and then workout and take this that's 600g of caffeine which is a bit insane for my heart or most peoples. Any advice?

Love regular ghost burn, super stim tolerant here now but love the new flavors I use it in place of my old energy drink addiction so while I might not see all the results it helps me drink more water! I do notice (at least for me appetite suppressed more). Thanks for the review just found you because of my Ghost addition ha (Those coupons help though!)
What are the best tasting pre workouts and best tasting protein powders for beginners that you would suggest?
Their preworkout makes me sleepy instead of energized.
I tried it. very weak. not good for me. but flavors good but I never care about the taste. I need things that work really hard. LIKE DMAA DMHA DMAA AND MORE DMAA
